EU-Consulting and Project Management

While in the new member states of the EU subsidy programs are currently implemented in the course of the Structural Funds of the European Union, it is the pre-membership programs PHARE, SAPARD and ISPA that are applied to the accession countries Romania, Bulgaria and Croatia.
